Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. We can design a total fitness plan, give you a copy, and update as you progress. You will have complete access to your custom program as it evolves. I will constantly stay in touch with you, check in or update you, give you weekly challenges, and help you build long lasting healthy habits.
